HM missions and Dungeons sure are doable H/H.

In response to your question: I truly liked the idea of a split-up storyline, where you could choose yourself in what order you did the missions. Downfall was it's all a bit too easy for someone who completed the previous campaigns.

I expected EotN to last for some months, ANet claiming all content to be 20+. Sure it took me a month or two to complete all missions and vanq's on HM. Not because it was hard, but just got boring after a while.

However, I'm still busy completing my HoM, so essentially I've still not finished EotN.

Titles ruined creativity and corrupted player's minds.
"The End"
To be fair, even without ursan people with epeen stuff were still noobs

Anyway:

GWEN is kinda bad ... see, it was made to last a long time without developer having to invest lots of time themselves ... cue in grind and copy-paste dungeons.

It was also made as one huge GW2 advertisement, and to encourage players to move from GW1 to 2.

Which leaves us with ... not really great paramenters for game that is supposed to be fun for its own sake.

Oh, and pretty much everything from it broke PvE and set it on fire.

I liked eotn myself. I have to say though, a guild can't be that "elite" if they are demanding high eotn titles for members. They will probably run ursan.

What they will ask is that you don't find HM eotn missions too hard to do without them. As you seem to think they are then that is the reason a good guild would turn you down.

EotN has nice detailed and varied areas, some fun quest chains and interesting new missions. Dungeons are a very nice addition to the game although they where sold more as an urgoz, deep, SF style multi floor single instance area.
The large variety of new mini games are fun too. Dwarven Boxing especially.

EOTN will be walk in the park compared to GW2, which will be nothing but grind. One of key features is that there will be no limit to titles or whatever there will be, so people will be able to grind forever.

That is all PvE will be about.

Incorrect.

It's levels, and we have no clue how it works except it stops giving you power eventually, just like in GW1.

Well I liked it but at the same time it was annoying. I was stuck on Heart of the Shiverpeaks for days and Destruction's Depths was a nightmare. The Norn wouldn't stop dying.

And the new skills are only effective if you grind your way to rank 10 rep points. That was very annoying and I hate skills like that. I thought Guild Wars was against grind...

And the new armors? Sure some are cool but most if not all are reskins, and you can't even add Deldrimor armor to HOM yet it costs 10k a piece like the other GWEN armors. What's up with that?

So in the long run, I'm in the middle between liking and disliking GWEN. It's nice to go back and redo your book for points but that gets boring and repetitive fast.

I liked the new places to go, the dungeons, some of the quests, and some of the skills. It did however lack a bit of content and I did not like the grind for the titles to make some of the skills useful. I had 8 characters that I enjoyed playing and had completed all 3 games before eotn, now all but two (ranger and monk) have been turned into storage because of all the grind. The aspect (ursan etc.) blessings also made the game way too easy.

Well, let's not blame GWEN for the FoW armor... it was established as a status armor to begin with, after all. And hey, if they want to look all the same, more power to them. My friend asked me if I was going to get FoW armor now that ecto prices have dropped and I flat-out refused. Monk FoW might look better than a good few FoW armor sets out there, but no, no, and no.

Chaos gloves... I have to agree. They're not THAT bad compared to the other gloves, but still. Oh well, at least some of the armor sets are not bad.

I loved EotN from the first day it came out. The only disappointments were that the armors were reskinned ones (some good....some not so good) and the blessings-and my hatred for the Blessings came later.

I loved the fact that you actually had to work to get an elite set of armor-nothing pissed me off more than seeing some lvl2 warrior with Grotto armor. Sure they farmed on other characters to get the mats/gold/what have you, but to me an elite set of armor implies that you had to do actual work to get it. Not have some runner take you there.

And don't me started on Dungeons-I love dungeons to death, and even after almost a year of the game being out, I still do about 1 a night (sometimes we don't, sometimes we do 2-3).

I loved the heroes, dungeons and graphics in EOTN. I don't mind the grind because we have a ways to go before Guild wars 2. So there is plenty of time to finish things. I think the only bad thing about EOTN is the rep grind, too repetitive. I didn't care for the fact that you have to run dungeons and hero books contantly to gain rep points. In the future if they want us to rep grind then I think they need to find better ways than repeating dungeons and quests over and over. Overall I thought it was really good.

I don't like the level requirements to purchase armor/consums. Particularly since I play multiple chars and I don't really like the PVE skills. There was a few interesting skills added that get some play in pvp. I like it better than factions, less than prophecise and nightfall as an overall game.

I like the monsters, scenery and quests/rewards.

I dislike most dungeons, PvE only skills, grind req. and the asura.

EotN was actually fun as a campaign. Once you beat the campaign and the novelty is gone, it's really not fun at all. Which is why I may buy the BMP.

Overall it could have been better. I think Anet made the biggest mistake in adding all of those PvE skills instead of adding some more skills that are either pve or pvp usable.

Yes, it didn't introduce as many overpowered skills as NF (at least, overpowered in places that count).

Some of the skills are bordering on very very powerful, like Sloth Hunter's and Aura of Stability, but most of the additions are more interesting than anything else.

I liked it first time through too. Then we have more grind...lol. New armors and such were nice though and it was an interesting story.

It was too short, I completed it within 10 hours and had half of the dungeons done... Then a longer period of grinding so my overpowered PvE noob skills do maximum damage and witness that Anet is incapable of nerfing Ursan Blessing because they didn't get enough money yet from EOTN. That was in short the EOTN experience.

The quests were more entertaining but way too short. Guess that was because of the QQ-ing that missions take too long in some other chapters...

I'm not that fond of it. I have 13 PvE characters which are all through Tyria, Cantha and Elona and 4 have completed EotN.

I didn't mind grinding the 3 campaigns but EotN is just not fun to do like the others.
